CREW's Jan. 10 luncheon will focus on BioMed Realty's full-block SLU project Dexter Yard, which is rumored to be leased to Facebook. The 515,000-square-foot, 15-story project is now under construction. The panel will be Mike Ruhl from BioMed Realty, Laura Ford from Colliers, Shannon Gaffney from SkB Architects, which designed the project, and Dan Kahn from Turner Construction, which is building it. The event starts at 11:30 a.m. at Motif (1415 Fifth Ave.). Details and registration: crewseattle.org.
