JKL buys Everett retail

Colliers said it partnered with DBW Private Brokerage to help Canadian firm JKL Real Estate Investment LP make its first U.S. investment. Everett Mall Way Plaza has 30,000 square feet, and sold for $6.2 million. The seller was Robinson Properties & Investments LLC. Colliers' Xinxin Li and DBW's Godwin Moy were on the buy side. The seller's broker wasn't named. The property is near Everett Mall. Li said there are plans for a third building on the property.
