Southcenter site sells for new Element hotel

BlackRidge will start construction soon on the 177-room hotel. Johnson Braund designed it, and Key Construction is the contractor.

Almost 3.5 acres of vacant land at 345-515 Industry Dr. in Tukwila have sold for $6.2 million, according to King County records.
