RENTON — A new commercial building at 17808 108th Ave. S.E. in Renton, leased to a Firestone auto center, has sold for just over $4.4 million, according to King County records.
The seller was RPI Skippers LLC, associated with local firm Real Property Investors LLC, which acquired the land in 2016 for $625,000, then developed it.
