Greystar's Arista Residences will total 235 units near U Village

The seven-story, mixed-use project is proposed for the current Travelodge site at 4715 25th Ave. N.E.

Greystar has a new name for the 235-unit building it's planning immediately west of University Village: Arista Residences.
