9 Queen Anne units sell for $3M

SEATTLE — The Townview Apartments, at 1222 Taylor Ave. N., have sold for almost $3.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was 1222 Taylor LLC, which acquired the property in 2008 for about $1.5 million.

The buyer was Kedod Enterprises USA, which lists a residential address in Vancouver, B.C.
