The tasting room will be part of Waterfront Vancouver, along the Columbia River.

Maryhill Winery is preparing to open a 4,890-square-foot Vancouver tasting room in April as part of the city's redeveloped waterfront district.

Waterfront Vancouver, USA, is a 7.3-acre mixed-use development along the Columbia River.

Maryhill's main tasting room is in Goldendale, and it has another in Kendall Yards in Spokane that opened in 2017. It will open a fourth tasting room in Woodinville later this year.

The Woodinville location will be in the historic Hollywood Schoolhouse. Maryhill Winery will occupy nearly 10,000 square feet in the restored landmark, which was built by the Derby School District in 1912. The winery will occupy the grand ballroom and upper floor, along with a full commercial kitchen.

“We are looking forward to becoming the new stewards of this iconic landmark,” says Craig Leuthold, co-owner of Maryhill Winery. “The Hollywood Schoolhouse, like Maryhill, is a family-owned business with deep roots in the community.”

Maryhill Winery is one of the state's largest wineries, producing 80,000 cases annually.
