McEver leads Indigo Real Estate

McEver

Seattle-based Indigo Real Estate Services has a new president: Chris McEver. He was vice president. McEver will oversee the multi-family property management firm, and focus on new opportunities in luxury high-rise, metro and suburban market-rate housing, as well as affordable housing for low-income and senior households. Indigo employs 324 people and manages 87 complexes with 10,948 units in Washington, Hawaii, Illinois and Montana. Indigo said it will open six new projects this year with 1,403 units.
