Koz sells Everett college housing for over $17M

Mountain View Hall has 120 furnished units that are leased to Everett Community College.

A privately owned and developed student-housing complex at 1004 Broadway in Everett has sold for a little over $17.5 million, according to CBRE, which brokered the deal.
