Saratoga buys second Ballard corner site for nearly $4M

A small retail building and parking lot at 5601 20th Ave. N.W. have sold for a little over $3.6 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was 56th Ballard LLC, associated with private multifamily investor and developer Saratoga Capital of Los Gatos, California, which is planning a new apartment building there. The company has recently become quite active in our area.
