. Prices for a studio start at $395,000. Units run up to two-bedrooms. Sizes range from 541 to 1,120 square feet. Magma's Ryan Hall said in a statement, “With average asking rental rates approximately $2,100 per month, condo ownership at this price point can be a realistic and a more practical option for many renters.” Polaris Pacific is marketing the condos. Its Josh Nasvik added, “We are seeing an increase in condominium sales, especially in Kirkland, where sales have substantially outpaced all the other Seattle submarkets in the past three months.” Batch, of San Francisco, is staging and designing the model units.
