KM brokers receive national honor

Kidder Mathews brokers Jason Rosauer and Rob Anderson were named top brokers by industry annal Connect Media. They're among 10 national winners of the same honor. Together, says KM, they did almost 1.2 million square feet in deals last year, in all investment categories of real estate. Among them, KM cited the 3.2-acre Belshaw Assemblage in the Rainier Valley, sold for almost $20 million, where Grand Street Commons is being planned on the partially polluted site. It could eventually have up to 700 units near the future Judkins Park Station.
