Affordable Burien units sold for $17M

BURIEN — The Whisperwood affordable housing complex, at 11846 26th Ave. S. in Burien, has sold for slightly over $17.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Fairfield Whisperwood LP, which acquired the property in 2002 for about $6.7 million.
