Dunn Lumber to expand after acquiring final piece of a full-block site

Dunn is planning a four-story headquarters on the east block.

Founded in Wisconsin in 1907, Dunn Lumber relocated to Seattle in 1910. The family-owned firm began buying property along Northlake in 1931, with the initial purchase of the Holmes Lumber & Fuel building. That's where its main warehouse and retail store are today, at 3801 Latona Ave. N.E. (the west block).
