Su plan for Yesler Terrace shows 2 towers perched atop skinny stems

    The towers, designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, would share a podium and underground parking. There would also be an amphitheater.

    The phased redevelopment of Yesler Terrace continues, with more developers on the 30-acre playing field. Su Development of Bellevue showed its hand last December, and now there are more detailed plans for 725 Yesler Way, on the vacant strip immediately east of Interstate 5 and south of Yesler.
