No new plans have been filed for the property, which is located on Roosevelt Way’s auto row.

A corner property at 4701 Roosevelt Way N.E. has sold for $2.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Reeves Holding LLC, which acquired the property in 2006 for $750,000.
