Ballard corner site sells for $3M

SEATTLE — A potential development site at 6701 - 6719 15th Ave. N.W. in Ballard has sold for over $2.9 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was 67th & 15th Ave LLC, which is associated with LDG Architects. Public records indicate a private loan from one of the LLC's governors, a member of the Pental family (of Pental Surfaces, formerly Pental Granite & Marble).
