Touchstone, Atlanta firm plan 2 office towers in the University District

  • The buildings would be the first new high-rise offices since a 2017 neighborhood upzone.

    Projects are planned for the A and B sites, both owned by UDPA. It’s still seeking a partner for Site C.

    Early last year, University District Parking Associates announced that it would ground lease three large parking lots, which total about 2 acres, in the recently upzoned U District. CBRE is marketing the properties, dubbed sites A, B and C. Trinity Real Estate has also been UDPA's longtime advisor.
