Goodman sells new apartments in Green Lake for $22M

The building, called Crew, has 70 units and 33 underground stalls. All the apartments are market rate.

The new Crew Apartments, at 8228 Green Lake Drive N., have sold for a little over $22.2 million, according to King County records. The sellers were GRE Green Lake LLC, an entity of Goodman Real Estate, and a former Goodman employee with a 1.8% share in the project. Goodman acquired the land in 2015 for $1.5 million, then developed it.
