Aegis buys Ballard site for $3M, with senior housing on the way

As the DJC first reported in October, Aegis Living is planning a new senior community at 943 N.W. Market St. in Ballard. Last week, through an LLC, Aegis acquired that site for a little over $2.8 million, according to King County records. Public records indicate a loan from Washington Trust Bank.
