2+U gets Stowell's Tavolata eatery

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Seattle-based restaurateur Ethan Stowell has signed a 2,200-square-foot lease for his Tavolata restaurant in Skanska's 2+U tower in downtown Seattle.

Skanska on Thursday announced the lease, its first tenant for the 24,000 square feet of covered outdoor space below the lifted office tower.
