Belltown garage trades for $7.5M

    The garage sold for about $1,157 per square foot for the land, or about $178,571 for each of the current 42 parking stalls.

    An LLC related to Pacific Eagle, the Hong Kong-backed developer hoping to turn the landmarked Terminal Sales Annex Building into a 42-story hotel/condominium tower, has paid $7.5 million for another site nearby.
