Bel-Red offices sell for over $5M

BELLEVUE — A medical office building at 12360 N.E. Eighth St. has sold for just under $5.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Bell-Cliff LLC, which acquired the property in 2004 for $2.1 million.

The buyer was Bellevue Hashim Property LLC, which is associated with a Renton-based developer of gas stations and retail properties. Public records indicate a loan from Banner Bank.
