Georgetown getting new restaurant

SEATTLE — A warehouse and vacant Georgetown lot at 5815 Airport Way S. sold in May for $4.1 million. The buyer was an LLC associated with Sugar Mountain, the business arm of food entrepreneur Kurt Beecher Dammeier.

Now Sugar Mountain and Mallet Architecture + Design have filed a plan to develop the vacant 9,000-square-foot portion of the property with a new enterprise called G-Town Park Bar.
