Ironwood beefs up on brokers
Ironwood Commercial Real Estate announced the recent hiring of broker Shane Hoey, who'll specialize tenant representation and industrial and land investment sales. A second-generation family business, founded in 1983 by Jim and Alice Abbott, Ironwood now counts Tyler and Michelle Abbott among its brokers. Tyler Abbott said in a statement of the new hire, “Shane has more than eight years of experience in commercial brokerage, and has completed lease transactions totaling nearly 1.2 million square feet of space. He has a passion for real estate and excellent customer service.”
