Kenmore site sells for $3.7M

KENMORE — The Mia Roma restaurant building, at 7620 N.E. Bothell Way, has sold for just under $3.7 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Kenmore Urban LLC, associated with Crosby Urban, which develops small apartment projects.

The seller was a local investor who had owned the property for decades. The seller's broker was Nit Niranjan of Century 21 North Homes Realty. The deal was worth about $67 per square foot for the land. The almost 1.3 acres had been listed for about a year.
