Continental lays out plan for Kirkland units

The five-story building would have 142 apartments and 6,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.

Last year, Continental Properties paid $44.3 million for a downtown development site at 112 Lake St. S. Most call it the Hector's-Milagro site, which has a large parking lot between those two old restaurant buildings. It's long been eyed for redevelopment, and last year's seller, Stuart McLeod, did gain prior approval for such a plan.
