This 6,886-square-foot trapezoidal site, where Seneca, Harvard, and East Union converge, won’t have much room for staging—another reason why trucked-in mass timber parts may be the most economical mode of construction.

An old First Hill dental office at 1422 Seneca St. is for sale, and prospective buyer Pryde Development is ready to unveil its apartment redevelopment plan. The first design review will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Seattle University's Casey Commons building, 901 12th Ave.
