81 South End units sell for $18M

DES MOINES — The Majestic Bay Townhomes, at 2459 S. 216th St. in Des Moines, have sold for just under $18 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Majestic Bay Apartments LLC, associated with Weidner Apartment Homes, which acquired the property in 2013 for a little over $7 million.
