Eastside offices sold for $9M

REDMOND — Westgate Business Park, at 15600 Redmond Way, has sold for a little over $9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Westgate Building LLC, which acquired the property in 2001 for $4.6 million.

The buyer was LH Redmond Gateway LLC, which is associated with two private investors in Kirkland. Public records indicate a loan from Morgan Stanley. No new plans have been filed for the site.
