Rowley breaks ground in Issaquah

By JOURNAL STAFF

Rowley Properties announced that construction has begun on a mixed-use office building at 2005 N.W. Poplar Way, on the south side of Interstate 90 and Lake Sammamish State Park. To be called 2005 Poplar, the four-story building will have 70,000 square feet when completed next year. VIA Architecture designed it, and GLY Construction will build it. Cross-laminated timber will be prominently employed.
