Alliance puts 2 First Hill developments up for sale

  • The combined properties, with 400 apartments and retail, make for one of the country's largest multifamily sales of 2019, says Alliance's Dan McCadden.

    Broadstone Saxton opened in January. The eight-story, 325-unit building includes 7,600 square feet of commercial space.

    Alliance Residential has announced it is selling two developments, both on First Hill: the 325-unit Broadstone Saxton, at 520 Terry Ave., and the 75-unit Broadstone Lexington, at 1050 James St., which is just across the street.
