Schnitzer West sells 2 Eastside office properties to Swift for $59M

The newly built “Hub” at Bel-Kirk 520 in Bellevue offers extra meeting space. The complex is fully leased.

Schnitzer West announced that, with a partner, it has sold two older Bellevue office properties for about $59.3 million to Swift Real Estate Partners of San Francisco. King County recorded one of the two sales on Tuesday.
