Walsh to build ‘Mama' tower near Pike Place

The Walsh Group says it will build the 45-story “Mama” and 17-story “Baby” towers near Pike Place Market for developer Pinnacle Plus Development LLC of Bellevue and Plus Capital Partners LLC.
