Indiana developer buys AC Hotel site in SLU

No permits have been issued yet for what would be Marriott’s second AC Hotel in the Seattle area.

As expected, the former Feathered Friends building, at 117 Yale Ave N., has sold to an LLC related to White Peterman Properties Inc. of Merrillville, Indiana, which is planning a new 11-story, 200-room AC Hotel on the site.
