New tenants for A&D Building

The renovated and expanded Ainsworth & Dunn Building, the landmarked old warehouse on the full block at 2815 Elliott Ave., is mostly up and running. The red-brick 1902 structure, once home to the Old Spaghetti Factory, has been leased to coworking firm Spaces, which will soon occupy all three floors (the top, with decks, is an addition).
