Clise to split Securities Building from non-landmarked garage additions

    The Securities Building was landmarked in 2008. Its north additions house over 554 parking stalls.

    Clise Properties has filed an early plan to separate its landmarked Securities Building, at 1904 Third Ave., from the attached garage and retail structures on the larger north side of the full-block property.
