Microsoft takes full floor at Capitol Hill WeWork

  • A new plan shows the tech company plans to occupy 14,700 square feet.

    WeWork leased the expanded Kelly-Springfield Building in December. The building has not yet opened.

    The renovated and expanded former Kelly-Springfield Building, at 1525 11th Ave. on Capitol Hill, was leased last December by master tenant WeWork. The now five-story building has 73,000 square feet of offices on its upper floors, plus another 13,000 square feet at grade — which will apparently be used mostly for flexible and shared offices, too.
