381 Snohomish Co. units change hands

EVERETT — In an unpriced transaction, the Huntington Park Apartments at 9009 W. Mall Drive in Everett have changed owners, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was an LLC related to Starwood Capital Group of Connecticut, which acquired the property in 2016 for $75 million.
