Redmond apartments sell for $96M to Bell Partners

The recently completed six-story project has 243 units and is walkable to the Microsoft campus.

The recently completed Bell Overlake Apartments, at 3040 148th Ave. N.E., have sold for a little over $95.6 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC related to White Peterman Properties Inc., which acquired the land in 2016 for $12 million, then developed it.
