Holland breaks ground on 44-story apartment tower

The 410-unit structure will have several levels of offices and a ground-floor performing arts hall and art gallery for Cornish College of the Arts.

Holland Partner Group will break ground today on its 2019 Boren Ave. project in the Denny Triangle.
