A prospective buyer has filed an apartment redevelopment plan at 106 N.W. 36th St. in the Frelard area between Fremont and Ballard. The 14,800-square-foot corner property last traded in 2014 for $3.3 million. It's not publicly listed for sale.
With Caron Architecture, North America Asset Management Group of Bellevue has proposed a new five-story building with 66 units and 30 parking stalls.
