EquipmentShare sells Tukwila property

SEATTLE — One month after acquiring the property at 13535 68th Ave. S. for $5.1 million, EquipmentShare.com has sold it for a bit over $6.4 million, according to King County records. The buyer was SCF RC Funding IV LLC, which is associated with Essential Properties Realty Trust of Princeton, New Jersey.

The three-building complex totals 28,740 square feet. It occupies about 10 acres in unincorporated King County near Tukwila. Formerly associated with Summit Supply, it's just south of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, and east of the Duwamish River.
