Urban Visions' waterfront office plan heads to Seattle hearing examiner

The Jack would have about 135,000 square feet of offices and 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The century-old parking garage at 74 S. Jackson St. will remain in place for at least a little longer, as the city's conditional approval of an office redevelopment plan heads to the city hearing examiner on Nov. 12. This is potentially the last step in gaining a master use permit for what landowner and developer Urban Visions calls The Jack.
