West Seattle site to be redeveloped

SEATTLE — A West Seattle development site at 3405-3417 Harbor Ave. S.W. has sold for just under $2.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was the longtime owner and occupant, who assembled the site between 1998-2000 for $275,000.

The buyer was Harbor Ave Three LLC, which is associated with STS Construction. The same firm, with architect Atelier Drome, filed plans this spring for a five-story apartment building with 75 units.
