Mill Creek buys Redmond redevelopment site for $10M

Mill Creek is planning a six-story, 233-unit apartment building with architect GGLO.

For well over a year, Mill Creek Residential Trust has been planning another mixed-use apartment building in downtown Redmond, near the future light rail station. Now the land has sold for that project, in two transactions recorded by King County.
