SEATTLE — The owner of a corner property at 849 N.W. Market St. has filed early plans to redevelop with a four-story 25-unit building. Two years ago, Nadlan Investments LLC paid $850,000 for the corner, at Ninth Avenue Northwest.
Workshop AD prepared the early plan, which will only require administrative design review. An old house will be removed to make way for the new project, which includes no parking but has 38 bike stalls.
Total project size is estimated at 18,500 square feet, with a nominal value of $2.2 million. Nadlan is associated with builder/developer Ofer Avnery and individual investors.
