Port of Everett buys waterfront mill site for $33M

The Port of Everett has acquired Kimberly-Clark’s adjacent 77 acres on the waterfront for about $32.7 million. Snohomish County recorded the sale this week, following the port’s announcement of the deal last week.

Dallas-based Kimberly-Clark was represented by the Kidder Mathews team of Dave Speers and Matt Henn, plus Eric Dienstbach of Binswanger.
