Oakwood to manage 98 new SLU units

Wilshire Capital's Tellus on Dexter was recently completed. It was designed by VIA Architecture and built by Synergy.

Oakwood announced that it'll manage the new Tellus on Dexter, which was recently completed at 403 Dexter Ave. N. The project was developed by Wilshire Capital, designed by VIA Architecture and built by Synergy. Oakwood, based in Los Angeles, is not new to the Seattle market. It also manages the nearby Oakwood Seattle South Lake Union at 717 Dexter, which was formerly the 100-unit Hue when Oakwood parent Mapletree Investments purchased it in 2015 for $41 million. The building is also home to Metropolitan Deli.
