SEATTLE — The Port of Seattle has extended the scoping period for the Terminal 46 cruise ship facility project to gather more public input and promote interagency involvement.
The agency wants to redevelop part of the terminal into a port for cruise ships and the rest into a cargo operation. Last week, it pushed the deadline for proposals for the cargo operation to Dec. 6.
